To connect the Kenwood XR401-4/XH401-4 power amplifier to your car's audio system, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the car battery to prevent short circuits.
2. Set the unit according to your intended usage.
3. Connect the input and output wires of the unit.
4. Connect the speaker wires to the appropriate speaker connectors. Make sure to connect them properly, checking the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.
5. Connect the power wire, power control wire, and grounding wire in the following order: battery wire (directly from the battery), power control terminal (P.CON), and ground terminal (GND).
6. Install the installation fittings in the unit and attach the unit securely.
7. Reconnect the negative terminal of the car battery.
