To connect your LANCOM GS-3528XP Fully Managed Access Switch to your PC or LAN switch, you can follow these steps:
1. Use Ethernet cables to connect the interfaces 1 to 24 of the switch to your PC or LAN switch. These interfaces are the TP Ethernet interfaces.
2. If you want to connect using SFP interfaces, insert suitable LANCOM SFP modules into the SFP interfaces 25 to 28. Make sure to choose cables that are compatible with the SFP modules and connect them as described in the module's documentation.
3. For configuration and monitoring purposes, connect the configuration interface (Console) of the switch to the serial interface of the device you want to use. Use the included serial configuration cable for this connection.
