To attach your iPhone to the HaloLock charging pad, you need to ensure that your iPhone is compatible with magnetic attachment. The HaloLock charging pad only supports magnetic attachment with a careless iPhone with MagSafe, an official MagSafe case, an ESR HaloLock case, or a standard case with a HaloLock Universal Ring. It may not attach to other magnetic cases. It will not attach to any other non-magnetic phones or cases.
Please note that over time, the charger may leave a faint circular mark on the back of your phone that can be easily cleaned with an alcohol wipe.
