To power IP cameras using the PoE switch, you will need to follow Option 1 in the setup options provided in the user guide. Here are the steps:
1. Connect the IP cameras to the PoE switch using CAT5e/CAT6 Ethernet cables. For longer distances, it is recommended to use high-quality cables with solid copper cores.
2. Make sure the IP cameras are compatible with PoE and do not require an additional power source.
3. The PoE switch will automatically detect the connected IP cameras and provide them with power over Ethernet.
4. Ensure that the PoE switch is connected to a power source using the supplied power cable.
By following these steps, the PoE switch will provide both power and network connectivity to the IP cameras, allowing them to function properly.
