To check the firmware version of your Pioneer VREC-Z710SH 1-Channel Dash Camera, follow these steps:
1. Press the function button to open the main menu.
2. Use the function buttons to scroll through the menus and select "Setup".
3. In the Setup menu, select "System".
4. In the System menu, select "Version".
5. On the "Version" screen, you will see the firmware version number displayed.
If the firmware version is 20220804_1.3.0_EW_B or higher, it is not necessary to update the firmware. If the version number is lower than 20220804_1.3.0_EW_B, it is necessary to update the firmware. Please refer to the user manual for instructions on how to download and install the firmware update.
