To restore the SystemQ XREL019 Ethernet Relay Controller to factory defaults, follow these steps:
1. Remove the power supply from the relay controller.
2. Apply a jumper block to short the CLR pins.
3. Reapply the power supply and keep it connected for 10 seconds.
4. Remove the power supply again.
5. Remove the jumper block from the CLR pins.
6. Reapply the power supply.
After following these steps, the relay controller will be restored to its factory default settings.
Please note that restoring the factory defaults will reset the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway settings to their original values.
