To assemble the CLEAR DESIGN BLLBFV2 36 Inch Laminate Low Box, please follow the steps outlined in the installation guide provided. Here is a complete step-by-step guide:
1. Start by screwing the cam pins into the bottom panel. You will need 6 cam pins for this step.
2. Insert the hardware (wooden dowels, cam locks, and cam pins) into the end panels. You will need 4 wooden dowels, 4 cam locks, and 4 cam pins.
3. Insert the hardware (cam pins and cam locks) into the back panel. You will need 2 cam pins and 8 cam locks.
4. Insert the cam locks into the fixed shelf. You will need 6 cam locks for this step.
5. Secure the fixed shelf to the back panel. Align the cam pins with the open cam locks and use a screwdriver to turn the cam locks clockwise to lock them into place.
6. Secure the end panels. If you are working with a surface that is 72" or longer, use 10 wood screws to install a support bar under the surface.
7. Secure the bottom panel. Align the cam pins with the open cam locks and use a screwdriver to turn the cam locks clockwise to lock them into place.
8. Secure the top panel. Note that you should not install the top panel if you are merging storage. Align the cam pins with the open cam locks and use a screwdriver to turn the cam locks clockwise to lock them into place.
9. Secure the corner feet to the bottom panel. Attach each corner foot with 4 wood screws per foot.
