To install the QMARK MUH-PRO SERIES Bundled Unit Heater, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have all the necessary tools and equipment for installation, including a screwdriver, wire strippers, and mounting hardware.
2. Choose a suitable location for the unit heater. It should be mounted securely to a wall or ceiling, ensuring proper clearance from combustible materials as specified in the manual.
3. Before starting the installation, make sure to turn off the power supply to the unit heater.
4. Connect the unit heater to the electrical supply. The heater comes with a built-in disconnect switch and a 24VAC transformer. Follow the wiring diagram provided in the manual to connect the power supply correctly.
5. Mount the unit heater to the wall or ceiling using the provided mounting brackets. Ensure that it is securely fastened and level.
6. If you have the Pro+ model, you will also need to install the SmartSeries® Plus thermostat. Use the provided B10 mounting bracket to mount the thermostat in a convenient location.
7. Once the unit heater and thermostat are installed, you can set the desired temperature range using the adjustable xxxx on the thermostat or program it using the touchscreen if you have the SmartSeries Plus control.
8. Finally, turn on the power supply to the unit heater and test its operation. Make sure that the fan and heating elements are functioning correctly.
