To install the MONACOR EDL-204 Ceiling Speaker, follow these steps:
1. Determine the desired location for the speaker and cut a hole in the ceiling or wall according to the specified dimensions (A - outside diameter, B - mounting cutout, C - mounting depth, D - total depth).
2. Make the electrical connection by connecting the black core and one of the colored cores (corresponding to the desired power rating) to the output of the PA amplifier. Ensure that skilled personnel carry out the installation due to the hazard of contact with a dangerous voltage of up to 100 V at the speaker cable.
3. For outdoor installation, insert a suitable sealing material between the speaker and the mounting surface to prevent moisture from entering. Fasten the speaker using the supplied mounting screws.
