To adjust the hanging length of the chandelier, follow these steps:
1. Determine the desired hanging length by removing chain links (GG) and optionally cutting the electrical and ground wires to length. Do not cut the wires until the overall length is determined.
2. Leave at least 6 inches of wire past the chain holder (EE) to allow for easy connections in the next step.
3. Use a pair of pliers to spread open the chain links (GG). Twist the split link ends in opposite directions and close by squeezing them back together.
4. Once the hanging length is determined, use the quick link (KK) to lock both ends of the chain (GG) to the chain holder (EE) and stem-loop (D).
5. Weave the wires through every third chain link (GG). Continue to pass the wires and chain through the xxxx collar (DD) and canopy (HH).
