To properly install the ESX VX13000 PRO Ultra Class D Mono Amplifier in your vehicle, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that all components of the sound system are securely mounted to avoid any loose objects that could cause harm or damage in the passenger area.
2. When drilling mounting holes for installation, be careful not to damage any components, wires, or cables of the vehicle. Avoid drilling near the fuel pipe, gas tank, or other electrical cables.
3. Do not install audio cables and power supply wires together. It is best to install them separately in the left and right cable channels of the vehicle to avoid interference on the audio signal. The bass-remote wire should also be installed separately from the power supply wires, but with the audio signal cables.
4. Make sure that cables are not caught up in nearby objects, especially those close to the steering wheel, gear lever, or brake pedal, as they can cause dangerous situations.
5. Do not splice electrical wires to provide power supply to other devices. This can overload the wire's load capacity. Instead, use an appropriate distribution block.
6. Avoid using bolts and xxxx nuts of the brake system as a ground point for the amplifier installation. This can compromise driving safety.
7. Be careful not to bend or squeeze cables and wires with sharp objects. When leading a wire or cable through a hole in a metal sheet, protect the insulation with a rubber grommet.
8. Keep small parts and jacks away from children to prevent the risk of swallowing and serious injuries.
