To test AC voltage using the Laserliner 083 020 Universal Active Tester, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the protective covers (5) are placed over the test prods for increased security against foreign touch.
2. Hold the base device (+) in your right hand and the second test prod (-) in your left hand.
3. Apply the test prods to the contacts to be tested, such as a line or socket.
4. If voltage is present, all the LEDs up to the voltage measured will light up, along with the positive and negative LEDs.
Note: It is important to make sure that the measuring circuit is closed by using both test prods. Using only one of the test prods is not sufficient for accurate testing.
