To enable the power-saving feature on the APC BE550G Power-Saving Back-UPS, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the MASTER ENABLE button on the unit for 2 seconds. The unit will beep to indicate that the feature is enabled.
2. The green LED above the MASTER ENABLE button will illuminate, indicating that the power-saving feature is enabled.
To disable the power-saving feature, repeat the same steps. Press and hold the MASTER ENABLE button for 2 seconds, and the unit will beep to indicate that the feature is disabled. The green LED above the MASTER ENABLE button will darken.
Please note that the power-saving feature is disabled by default, so you will need to enable it if you want to use it.
