To set the humidity level on the Danby DDR050BLPBDB-ME Dehumidifier, follow these steps:
1. Press the power button to turn on the dehumidifier.
2. Use the humidity adjust buttons to set the desired humidity level. The humidity level can be set within a range of 35% to 85% relative humidity in 5% increments. For drier air, set to a lower percentage value. For more damp air, set a higher percentage value.
3. Once you have set the desired humidity level, the dehumidifier will automatically adjust its operation to maintain that level.
Note: It is recommended to set the humidity level 10% lower than the ambient humidity for optimal performance. The ambient humidity level can be seen on the display.
