To configure Emergency Responder to support Intrado V9-1-1 for Enterprise Service, you need to follow the steps outlined in the user guide. Here is a summary of the steps:
1. Configure the Validation and Update Interface (VUI) settings in Emergency Responder, including uploading the certificate provided by Intrado, validating the certificate, and configuring Intrado Account Information.
2. Configure Route Patterns for routing calls to Intrado on the Emergency Responder server.
3. Configure Route Patterns and gateway for routing calls to Intrado on the Unified CM server.
4. Create Intrado Emergency Response Locations (ERLs) and verify the validity and consistency of the Automatic Location Information (ALI) data against the Intrado TN database.
5. Assign Intrado ERLs to switch ports, IP subnets, and unlocated phones.
