To change the status of a service using the Control Center in , follow these steps:
1. From the Emergency Responder Serviceability web interface, select Tools > Control Center.
2. The Control Center page will appear.
3. To change the status of a service, click the radio button to the left of the Service Name.
4. Click the button corresponding to the desired action. The available actions are Start, Stop, and Restart.
5. Note that Cisco Tomcat and Cisco IDS services cannot be started, stopped, or restarted from the Emergency Responder Serviceability website. These services can only be managed using the CLI.
6. Click Refresh to refresh the page.
