To set up the Costco 40235 10 Person Instant Cabin Performance Tent, follow these steps:

1. Select a level site clear of rocks, branches, and other hard or sharp objects.
2. Remove all contents from the bag.
3. Unfold the six leg poles from the pod shape.
4. Unfold the legs again at the joints to lay the tent flat. The center will stand up.
5. Lift up on the corner joints until the roof poles at the 3-way side hubs are extended.
6. Grab the roof poles and pull them straight out to create the tent's cabin shape. The leg poles will angle at the joints to partially stand up.
7. Extend each of the six leg poles until the locking buttons "click" and lock the poles into place.
8. Rotate the short eave arms so they are positioned facing outwards.
9. Drape the rainfly over the tent, placing the "CORE" to the front side of the tent with the door. The two front corners have day-glo yellow webbing and buckles to help orient the rainfly.
10. Insert the ends of the short eave arms into the hook-and-loop pockets on the underside of the rainfly.
11. Fasten the rainfly on all four corners using the buckles.
12. Attach all hook-and-loop tabs on the underside of the rainfly to the roof and leg poles.
13. Stake out each guyline at a 45-degree angle.
14. Tighten the guylines as needed by adjusting the slider up the cord.
15. Stake out the ground vent on the back side of the tent where the air intake graphics are located.
16. Stake out the webbing loop under the front door to improve zipper opening/closing.
