To change the Admin Code on the Taymor 33-D5030BL Digital Lockset, please follow these steps:
1. Enter the current Admin Code: Start by entering the current Admin Code on the lockset keypad.
2. Press the [SET] button: Press and hold the [SET] button for 1 second to enter programming mode. The red light will turn on to indicate that you are in programming mode.
3. Enter the new Admin Code: Enter the new Admin Code using 4-8 digits on the lockset keypad.
4. Press the [SET] button again: After entering the new Admin Code, press the [SET] button again to confirm and save the new Admin Code. The green light will flash to indicate that the new Admin Code has been successfully set.
5. Test the new Admin Code: Test the new Admin Code by entering it on the lockset keypad. If the lockset unlocks, it means that the new Admin Code has been successfully changed.
Note: It is important to remember the new Admin Code and keep it secure. If you forget the Admin Code, you will need to restore the lockset to factory settings and reprogram all codes. Please refer to the User Guide for instructions on restoring to factory settings.
