To charge the Einhell TE-CL 18-2000 LiAC Battery-Powered Lamp, follow these steps:
1. Remove the battery pack from the battery mount by pressing the push/lock button downward.
2. Check that your mains voltage matches the one marked on the rating plate of the battery charger.
3. Insert the power plug of the charger into a socket outlet. The green LED on the charger will start flashing.
4. Push the battery pack onto the battery charger.
5. Refer to the charger indicator section in the manual for information on the LED indicator lights and their meanings.
If the battery pack fails to charge, check if there is voltage at the mains power socket and ensure there is good contact at the charging contacts of the charging unit. If the battery pack still fails to charge, contact the customer service center with the charging unit and the battery pack.
Note: The equipment is supplied without batteries and a charger. It must only be used with the lithium-ion batteries in the Power X-Change series and charged with the Power X-charger.
