To adjust the chip depth on the Einhell TE-PL 18-82 Li Expert Cordless Planer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the setting xxxx for the chip depth on the planer (Item 1 in Fig. 1/2).
2. Turn the setting xxxx in a clockwise direction to increase the chip depth.
3. Turn the setting xxxx in a counter-clockwise direction to decrease the chip depth.
4. The chip depth can be adjusted in steps of 0.1 mm, ranging from 0 to 2 mm.
5. After finishing your work, set the chip depth to position "0" to lower the knives and protect them from damage.
