1. Determine the correct size: The MindPeace collar comes in three different sizes - Small, Medium, and Large. It is important to choose the size that fits your neck properly. A non-optimal size may lead to inadequate coverage and discomfort.
2. Place the collar around your neck: Before sterile dressing, open the fastening device of the collar using both hands. Ensure that the lower part of the collar is facing downwards.
3. Adjust the fastening device: Tighten the fastening device so that the collar is snug and comfortable around your neck. It should not be too tight or too loose. Refer to the schematic picture on the front page of the manual for clarification.
