To install the LEDALITE Jump Cantilever wall fixtures, follow these steps:
1. Prepare Fixtures: Arrange the boxed fixtures on the floor in the specified mounting locations and remove them from the boxes.
2. Attach Brackets to Wall: Attach the brackets to the wall using appropriate hardware. Make sure the structure can support the weight of the fixture. Use the center holes for non-power locations and the outer holes for power locations. For power locations, a vertically oriented 2x4 recessed utility box is required.
3. Complete Electrical Connection in Wall: For power locations, feed the power cable through a 1/2" hole in the mounting bracket and complete the electrical connection to the junction box through the square cutout in the mounting bracket. Use the supplied cable clips to secure the power cable to the interior of the mounting channel.
4. Slide-on Wall Covers: Slide on the wall covers and secure them to the cantilever arm bracket using the supplied #8 lock-nut.
5. Attach Fixture Hanging Brackets: Attach the fixture mount brackets to the cantilever arm brackets using the supplied 1/4"-20 bolts. Do not fully tighten.
6. Install Mounting Bracket: On the floor, slide the power plates into the fixture ends. Attach the supplied bushings in power locations and plugs in non-power locations.
7. Attach the Fixture to the Bracket: Raise the fixture to the brackets and use the supplied countersunk xxxx with countersunk washer to attach the fixture to the bracket. Adjust the fixture hanging brackets so the fixture is flush with the cantilever arm and tighten.
8. Run and Secure Power Cables: Run the power cable in the fixture channel and through the power plate at the end of the fixture. Secure the power cable into the fixture channel using the supplied cable clips at 4-inch increments. Complete the power connections using the cutout in the end of the fixture.
9. Attach Joiner Aligner Brackets: On the floor, slide the variable mount bracket into the next fixture in the run. Attach the joiner-aligner brackets into the opposite side.
10. Suspend and Join Additional Fixtures in Row: Raise the next fixture to the cantilever bracket and insert the joiner aligners into the corresponding slots on the already installed fixture. Attach the variable mount bracket to the next cantilever arm as per steps 6-9. Complete the power connections between fixtures.
11. Finishing: Join fixtures using the supplied #8 screws and lock-nuts. Repeat steps 8-12 for each fixture in the run.
12. Attach End Cap: Snap the gasket to the end of the fixture and attach the end caps using the supplied #8 screws.
13. Install Lenses: Install the lenses as shown.
