To connect the PHILIPS AZ318 3000 Series CD Sound Machine, follow these steps:
1. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a power outlet and connect the other end to the power input on the back of the CD sound machine.
2. Antenna Connection: Extend the FM wire antenna and position it for the best reception. For better FM reception, you can also connect an external FM antenna to the FM ANTENNA jack on the back of the CD sound machine.
3. Audio Connection: Connect the audio output of an external device (such as a smartphone, MP3 player, or TV) to the AUX IN jack on the back of the CD sound machine using a 3.5mm audio cable.
4. Speaker Connection: If you want to connect external speakers, use the SPEAKER OUT jacks on the back of the CD sound machine. Connect the left speaker to the LEFT SPEAKER jack and the right speaker to the RIGHT SPEAKER jack.
