To install the LEDALITE 7808 BoldPlay wall Linear Wall fixtures, follow these steps:
1. Install utility box and utility box cover: Determine the power feed location and install a 2"x4" utility box parallel with the fixture. Complete connections at the utility box with the supplied power cord. Attach the cover bracket using the supplied hardware.
2. Install wall brackets: Determine the fixture mounting location and secure the wall brackets to the structure using appropriate fasteners. For 4ft fixtures, two bracket assemblies are required, and for 8ft fixtures, three bracket assemblies are required. Brackets must be installed a maximum of 5" from the end of the fixture.
3. Unpack/Prepare fixtures: Arrange the boxed fixtures on the floor in the specified locations. Remove the fixtures from the boxes and remove the plastic from the fixtures. Cap all unnecessary power feed holes at the back of the fixtures using the supplied plugs.
4. Raise fixture and engage on wall brackets: With two people, raise the fixture into position and engage it on the hooks located on top of the wall brackets. Rotate it down into position and secure the bracket using the supplied hardware.
5. Prepare wiring: Route the SVT cord through the back rail, through the bushing, and into the wiring cavity. Install strain relief.
6. Complete electrical connections: Complete electrical connections using wire nuts. Tuck wires back into the cavity.
7. Level and secure the first fixture: Level the fixture by adjusting the tilt xxxx . Secure the fixture to the wall bracket assemblies by tightening the lock xxxx .
8. Install and join additional fixtures to create a row: With two people, raise the second fixture and engage it in the mounting brackets. At the joint, insert a black gasket. Complete in-row electrical connections.
9. Level and secure additional fixtures: Level the second fixture by adjusting the tilt xxxx . Slide the second fixture flush against the first fixture and secure the joint using the supplied nut and bolt hardware. Secure the fixture to the wall brackets by tightening the lock xxxx at each bracket location. Repeat for each additional fixture in the row.
10. Install endcaps: Attach endcaps to the first and last module in each row using the supplied hardware.
