To turn on/off the headlight and rear light on the SEGWAY F25E II Kick Scooter, you need to use the power button on the dashboard. Here's how:
1. Press the power button once to turn on the Kick Scooter.
2. When the Kick Scooter is on, press the power button again to turn on/off the headlight and rear light.
3. If you want to switch between the speed modes, press the power button twice.
Please note that the headlight and rear light on the F25E II model keep flashing and cannot be turned off. If you prefer the headlight and rear light to be always on and not flashing, you may consider the F40D II model instead.
