To connect the AV Access U2EX60 USB 2.0 Extender to your computer and USB devices, follow these steps:
1. Connect the Transmitter (TX) to your computer using the provided USB-A to USB-B cable. Plug the USB-A end into the "PC" port on the Transmitter.
2. Connect the Transmitter to a power source using the provided DC 18V Power Adapter. Plug the power adapter into the "18V" port on the Transmitter.
Note: The Transmitter can power the Receiver (RX) through Power over Cable (PoC), so no additional power adapter is required for the Receiver.
3. Connect the Receiver to your USB devices. The Receiver has 4 USB-A ports labeled "USB Device." You can connect USB devices such as a keyboard, mouse, microphone, camera, etc., to these ports.
4. Connect the Receiver to the Transmitter using a Cat 5e/6/6a/7 cable. Plug one end of the cable into the "UTP In" port on the Receiver and the other end into the "UTP Out" port on the Transmitter.
Once the connections are made, the AV Access U2EX60 USB 2.0 Extender should be ready to use. The USB devices connected to the Receiver should now be accessible from your computer.
