To connect the terneo SX Underfloor Heating Thermostat to the terneo app, please follow these steps:
1. Download the free terneo app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
2. Register or log in to the app using your Facebook account, Apple ID, or Google account.
3. Set the thermostat to Access Point mode (AP) by pressing the mode button until "APC" appears on the screen. The thermostat will stay in Access Point mode for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Open the terneo app and tap the "+" button to add a device.
5. Select "Device" or "Add th" and then choose "Device" again.
6. Choose the Wi-Fi network created by the thermostat (e.g., terneo sx_A68FDB).
7. Enter the name and password for your Wi-Fi network. Note that the Wi-Fi connection should not be 5G.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete the connection process.
Once the thermostat is successfully connected to the terneo app, it will be added to the main application screen and registered in the cloud. You can now control and monitor your underfloor heating system remotely using the app.
