To change the weight unit on the medisana BS 650 Body Analysis Scales, you can do so directly in the VitaDock+ App. After downloading the app, activate Bluetooth on your iOS or Android device and start the app. Tap the Bluetooth icon to go to the device selection and scroll down until you see the WIFI scale displayed in the device list. Tap the arrow next to the illustration to start the setup process. From there, you can change the weight unit in the app settings.
