To adjust the handle-bar height on the SCOOT AND RIDE Highwaykick 3 LED Rose, please follow the instructions below:
1. Locate the handle-bar adjustment mechanism on the Highwaykick scooter.
2. Loosen the handle-bar adjustment mechanism by turning it counterclockwise.
3. Adjust the handle-bar to the desired height.
4. Tighten the handle-bar adjustment mechanism by turning it clockwise until it is securely in place.
Please note that it is important to adjust the handle-bar height according to your child's comfort and safety. Make sure the handle-bar is securely tightened before allowing your child to use the scooter.
