Cleaning the FISHER PAYKEL OR36SDI6X1 Induction Range is easy and convenient. The range features a high-temperature self-cleaning function that breaks down food residue for an easy clean. To use the self-clean function, follow these steps:
1. Remove all racks and accessories from the oven.
2. Wipe away any loose debris or spills from the oven cavity.
3. Close the oven door.
4. Press the "Self-Clean" button on the control panel.
5. Select the desired cleaning duration. The range offers different cleaning durations based on the level of soil in the oven.
6. Press "Start" to begin the self-cleaning cycle.
7. The oven will heat up to a high temperature, burning off any food residue. During this process, the oven door will automatically lock for safety.
8. After the self-cleaning cycle is complete, the oven will cool down and a "Clean" message will appear on the display.
9. Once the oven has cooled down, you can simply wipe away the light ash residue with a damp cloth.
