To install the Kawoti 21121 17.5 Inch 3-Light Black Contemporary/Modern Vanity Light, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the mounting bracket: Unscrew the two support screws from the mounting bracket and remove it from the canopy of the fixture body.
2. Install the mounting bracket: Fasten the mounting bracket onto the outlet box using two outlet box screws.
3. Make the electrical connections: Strip 3/4 inch of insulation from the wire ends. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the outlet box, and connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the outlet box. Loop the bare copper ground wire from the fixture under the head of the green ground xxxx on the mounting bracket before connecting it to the ground conductor of the supply circuit. Cover the wires with wire connectors and tape them together, then carefully position all wires inside the outlet box.
4. Assemble the fixture body to the outlet box: Place the fixture body over the outlet box, align the two holes of the mounting bracket and the canopy of the fixture body, then tighten the support screws.
5. Choose the orientation of the glass shades: The shades on this fixture can be installed facing up or facing down. Choose the desired option.
6. Assemble the glass shades: Unscrew the socket rings from the sockets on the fixture body. Set the glass shades onto each socket and secure them with the socket rings.
7. Install the light bulbs: Install three MAX 60W medium base (E26) type "ST64" bulbs into the sockets. Make sure not to exceed the recommended wattage.
