To connect the Brother PT-P950NW Label Printer to your computer, you can use either a wired or wireless connection. Here are the steps for each method:
Wired Connection:
1. Make sure the printer is turned off.
2. Connect one end of the included USB cable to the USB port on the printer.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
4. Turn on the printer.
Wireless Connection:
1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
2. Press the Menu button on the printer's control panel.
3. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the Network menu and press OK.
4. Select WLAN and press OK.
5. Select Setup Wizard and press OK.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your wireless network and enter the network password, if required.
7. Once the printer is connected to the wireless network, it will display the IP address on the control panel.
8. On your computer, open a web browser and enter the IP address displayed on the printer.
9. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the printer driver for your operating system.
10. Once the driver is installed, you can print wirelessly from your computer to the Brother PT-P950NW Label Printer.
