If your are not syncing together, you can try resetting them by following these steps:
1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and make sure they are turned off.
2. Press and hold both buttons on the earbuds for 8 seconds until the red LEDs start flashing.
3. The earbuds will sync together and enter the pairing mode automatically.
After resetting, you can try connecting them to your device again. If the issue persists, please refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact Tranya support for assistance.
