To activate the Hob²Hood function on the Electrolux DBGL1031CN Hood Chrome, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the hob and the hood are both equipped with an infrared signal communicator.
2. Refer to the hob user manual for instructions on how to use the Hob²Hood function.
3. From the hob panel, activate the Hob²Hood function by pressing the button for 3 seconds.
4. If the function is successfully activated, the indicator on the hood control panel will flash twice.
5. You can now control the fan speed of the hood automatically based on the mode setting and temperature of the hottest cookware on the hob.
6. If you want to deactivate the Hob²Hood function, press the button for 3 seconds again. The indicator on the hood control panel will flash once to confirm deactivation.
