To pair the SMARTSOUND N35 True Wireless Earbuds with your device, you can follow the steps below:
Method 1:
1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically turn on and pair with each other within 5 seconds, indicated by the voice prompt "power on".
2. One earbud will flash red and blue alternately, indicating it is in pairing mode.
3. On your phone, search for "N35" and tap to connect. Both earbuds will have a voice prompt saying "connected", and the indicators on both earbuds will turn off.
If you encounter any issues with pairing, you can try resetting the earbuds by following these steps:
1. Turn off the Bluetooth of all devices and make sure the earbuds are turned on but not connected.
2. Click the Multi-functional button on both earbuds five times.
3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
4. Take out the earbuds from the charging case, and they will enter pairing mode (flashing red and blue alternately).
5. Search for "N35" on your device and tap to connect.
If the reset fails, please repeat the above steps. Note that the earbuds cannot be reset when they are powered off or connected.
