If the product cannot be turned on after receiving it, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try. First, make sure the device is charged by using the included charging cable and a wall charger with a power output of at least 12W. Allow the device to charge for at least 30 minutes. If it still cannot power on, please contact our customer service for further support.
