To connect multiple batteries in series or parallel, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that all batteries you are connecting have the same capacity (Ah) and are the same type (LiFePO4).
2. It is recommended to choose batteries from the same brand to ensure compatibility.
3. Fully charge all batteries before connecting them.
4. Use battery interconnect cables of the same wire gauge (AWG) and length, preferably from the same brand, to maintain consistent impedance.
5. Connect the batteries one by one in series (up to 4 batteries) or in parallel (up to 4 batteries).
6. Secure all cable connections between the cable lugs and terminals.
7. Consider the electrical load you want to power and the distance between the load and the batteries when determining the cable size (AWG) for your system.
Please refer to the user manual for a chart providing cable size recommendations for different current ratings.
Note: When connecting batteries in a 24V (N=2) or 48V (N=4) system, the voltage should be multiplied by the number of series batteries.
It is important to follow these guidelines to ensure optimal performance and prevent any damage to the batteries.
