According to the NFD Hybrid Planks instructions, areas exposed to direct sunlight should be protected as per the installation guide. Direct sunlight can cause fading or discoloration of the flooring. It is recommended to use appropriate window coverings or protective measures to minimize the exposure of the flooring to direct sunlight.
