To adjust the angle of the fan on the BERGSTROM K131 Adjustable USB Fan with Night Light, follow these steps:
1. Locate the fan head, which is the part of the fan that houses the fan blade.
2. Hold the fan head firmly with one hand.
3. With your other hand, gently tilt the fan head up or down to the desired angle.
4. Release the fan head once it is in the desired position.
5. The fan head should now stay at the adjusted angle.
