To properly install the INTIEL Uninterruptable Power Supply for Circulation Pumps, follow these steps:
1. Fix the metal plate on the wall where you want to place the device.
2. Hang up the device on the metal plate.
3. If you are using an internal battery, connect it to the device, ensuring the correct polarity.
4. Remove the top cover of the device by unscrewing the four bolts on the sides.
5. Insert the battery into the battery compartment.
6. Install appropriate instrument cable shoes to the wires.
7. Connect the wires, observing the battery polarity. The red wire should be connected to the plus terminal (+), and the black wire to the minus terminal.
8. Connect plug B to A connector according to Fig. 4 and mount the cover of the device by screwing four screws.
9. If you are using an external battery, remove the cable compartment cover according to Fig. 3.
10. Remove the top cover of the device by unscrewing the four bolts on the sides.
11. Thread the battery wires through the hole in the box.
12. Fix the battery terminals, observing their polarity. Connect the red cable to the terminal marked with plus (+) and the black cable to the terminal marked with minus (-).
13. Connect plug B to A connector according to Fig. 4 and mount the cover of the device by screwing four screws.
14. Plug in the gas boiler or pump into the outlet of the Uninterruptable Power Supply.
15. Plug in the Uninterruptable Power Supply into the power supply grid.
16. Switch on the Uninterruptable Power Supply by pressing the ON/OFF button to the ON position. The "Main supply" indicator will appear, indicating that the device is powered by the grid.
17. Test the switch-off of the grid by unplugging the device. The "Load" indicator should remain lit, indicating that the unit is powered by the device.
18. Plug the device back into the grid.
Note: When performing activities such as changing the power unit or battery, make sure to place the ON/OFF button in the OFF position.
