To connect the Oceanic Systems NMEA2000 AC Monitor to the NMEA2000 network, follow these steps:
1. Locate the 5-way micro-C socket on the front of the AC Monitor.
2. Carefully attach the plug of the network drop cable to this socket and tighten it by hand until it is fully seated.
3. Make sure to match the orientation of the pip inside the socket to the recess inside the drop cable plug.
4. Connect the other end of the drop cable to a suitable Tee connector on the NMEA2000 network backbone cable.
Note: The NMEA2000 network should already be installed and operational before connecting the AC Monitor. If you are unsure about the NMEA2000 network installation, please refer to the NMEA2000 network documentation or consult a qualified marine electronics technician.
