Cleaning and maintenance of the FUJIOH FH-GS5030 SVSS Built-in Gas Hob should be carried out after the appliance has cooled down. Here are some guidelines for cleaning:
1. Cast Iron Parts: Wash all cast iron parts with a sponge and soapy water or with non-abrasive products.
2. Stainless Steel Surfaces: Rinse stainless steel parts with water and dry them with a soft and clean cloth. Avoid leaving highly calcareous water or aggressive detergent on the surfaces for an extended period of time.
3. Painted Parts and Silkscreen Printed Surfaces: Clean these parts using an appropriate product and dry them thoroughly to avoid scratching or abrasion.
4. Burners and Pan Support: These parts can be removed and cleaned with appropriate cleaning products.
5. Cleaning the Wok Burner: Remove the burner caps and use a cotton bud, toothbrush, or similar item to clean any incrustations or dirt from the burner area. Clean the burner caps using a needle or toothbrush to remove dirt and carbon blocking the burner holes.
Note: Regular use may cause discoloration around the burners due to the high flame temperature.
Caution: Take special care around the underneath of the appliance, as this area may contain sharp or rough edges. Always wear rubber gloves while cleaning for safety.
