To connect the LA CROSSE TECHNOLOGY LTV-WL1 Spot Water Leak Sensor to the La Crosse View app, follow these steps:
1. Open the La Crosse View app on your mobile device.
2. From the Main Menu, select "Devices" under "Add/Edit."
3. On the Devices page, select "ADD DEVICE."
4. Scan the Device ID barcode located under the front cover of the sensor using the app's scanning feature. Alternatively, you can manually enter the Device ID by pressing inside the Device ID search box.
5. Once entered or scanned, select "Search."
6. On the Confirm Device page, verify that the sensor image and model number are correct, and then select "YES."
7. On the Enter Device and Location Names page, enter a name for your sensor and select a location or enter a location name. Then, select "DONE."
8. You will be prompted to add a water alert. You can choose to add the alert right away by selecting "Add Alert," or you can select "Later" to add it at a later time.
Note: It is important to note that this sensor cannot connect to the La Crosse View app without a La Crosse View compatible station. Compatible stations have built-in Wi-Fi capabilities that send the sensor's data to the app. If you do not have a compatible station, you will need to purchase one separately.
