To assign a macro on your PERIBOARD-335 without using the driver, you can follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the Fn key and the desired macro key (Macro 1 or Macro 2) simultaneously.
2. The keyboard will enter macro recording mode, indicated by the LED indicator flashing.
3. Enter the desired key sequence for the macro.
4. Press the Fn key and the macro key again to stop recording.
5. The macro is now assigned to the selected macro key and can be activated by pressing the macro key alone.
Please note that without using the driver, you can only assign simple key sequences as macros. For more advanced macro customization, it is recommended to use the PERIBOARD-335 programmable driver.
