According to the instruction manual, the battery pack for the BERGMAN 3262342 Cordless Tyre Inflator requires 5-7 hours of charging time before first use. Subsequent recharging needs 3-5 hours for the battery to be fully charged. It is important to always switch to a fresh battery when tool performance begins to diminish, and to never over-discharge a battery. After many charge/discharge cycles, the battery may lose its ability to hold a charge and should be replaced.
