To adjust the temperature control on the Traulsen UPT279-D-SB refrigerator, locate the temperature control on the front side of the evaporator housing. Use a screwdriver to turn the adjustment xxxx a small amount at a time. Turning the xxxx clockwise will lower the temperature, while turning it counterclockwise will raise the temperature. The "OFF" position is fully counterclockwise and will interrupt power to the compressor and condenser fan only, not the entire refrigerator. It is recommended to make slight adjustments and monitor the temperature over time to achieve the desired setting.
