To install the Dainolite CMT-206P Comet 6-Light Aged Brass Modern fixture, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that the power to the circuit is turned off at the breaker panel before starting the installation.
2. Carefully unpack the fixture and check for any missing parts or broken glass. If you find any issues, contact the factory directly via email at dainolite@dainolite.ca to request replacement parts.
3. Identify the location where you want to install the fixture and remove the existing light fixture, if applicable.
4. Connect the fixture's clear wire to the electrical wiring in your outlet box. If you need to cut the wire, make sure to connect the "L" wire from the fixture to the black wire in your outlet box.
5. Securely mount the fixture to the outlet box using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure that the fixture is level and stable.
6. Install the light bulbs into the fixture's sockets. Make sure to use the appropriate type and wattage of bulbs as specified in the product manual.
7. Turn on the power at the breaker panel and test the fixture to ensure it is functioning properly.
