Step 1: Before starting the installation, make sure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
Step 2: Follow the provided installation instructions included in the package. These instructions will guide you through the installation process step by step.
Step 3: Ensure that you have all the necessary tools and materials required for installation, such as a screwdriver, wire connectors, and a ladder if needed.
Step 4: Carefully unpack the pendant light and remove any protective packaging materials.
Step 5: Attach the mounting plate to the ceiling using the provided screws and secure it firmly.
Step 6: Connect the wires from the pendant light to the corresponding wires in the ceiling using wire connectors. Make sure to match the colors correctly (e.g., black to black, white to white, and green or copper to the grounding wire).
Step 7: Once the wiring is complete, carefully lift the pendant light and align it with the mounting plate. Secure the light to the mounting plate using the provided screws.
Step 8: Install the required light bulb(s) into the pendant light fixture. The Dainolite PYA-141P Priya White Modern-Contemporary Drum Pendant Light requires one maximum 60W E26 base bulb, which is not included in the package.
