To install the Dainolite PRL-161P Pourel Natural Transitional Dome Pendant Light, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Ensure that the power supply is turned off at the circuit breaker before starting the installation process.
2. Remove the existing light fixture, if applicable, by unscrewing the mounting screws and disconnecting the electrical wires.
3. Carefully unpack the Dainolite PRL-161P pendant light and ensure that all the necessary hardware and components are included.
4. Attach the mounting plate to the electrical box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Make sure the mounting plate is securely fastened.
5. Connect the electrical wires from the ceiling to the corresponding wires on the pendant light fixture. Match the black wire to black, white wire to white, and green or copper wire to the grounding wire.
6. Use wire connectors to secure the connections and ensure they are tightly fastened.
7. Gently tuck the wires into the electrical box and carefully mount the pendant light fixture onto the mounting plate. Align the xxxx holes on the fixture with the mounting plate and secure them using the provided screws.
8. Once the fixture is securely attached, restore power to the circuit by turning on the circuit breaker.
9. Test the light by flipping the switch to ensure it is functioning properly.
