To install the Dainolite PST-214P Preston Pendant, please follow the installation instructions provided in the manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Ensure that the power is turned off before starting the installation process.
2. Familiarize yourself with the applicable installation code and the hazards involved in working with electrical products.
3. If you encounter any issues or defects with the product, do not return it to the retailer. Instead, contact the factory directly via email at dainolite@dainolite.ca. Include a copy of your purchase invoice and describe the defect. A factory representative will get in touch with you to advise on further action.
4. In case of missing hardware or broken glass, also contact the factory directly via email at dainolite@dainolite.ca. The missing or broken parts will be shipped to you directly on the same day after receiving your email (excluding weekends).
